When placing your order, through the website, by credit card. Payment by credit card is completely secure, and at the same time the amount is added to the user's credit balance immediately. Then, he gives his credit card details and if it is approved, he returns to our website and is notified of the outcome or not of the transaction.

4. With Viva Wallet
You can pay with Viva Wallet. Your purchase will be charged to the card or account you submit with your order. If you use Viva Wallet, you consent to the use of your information by Viva Payments as stated in Viva's Privacy Policy. To ensure that your payment details are sent securely when you make payments on apps or websites, Viva receives your encrypted transaction and re-encrypts it with a developer-specific key before the payment details are sent to the developer or payment processor. This key ensures that only the application or website from which you make the purchase can access your encrypted payment details.

α) How secure is the credit card payment process?
The process is completely secure. The payment is not made directly, but the user is transferred to a secure server of the respective bank.

b) What is the CVC/CVVV field that is requested?
The CVC/CVVV field is located on the back of your credit card and is a three-digit number. It is asked for extra security and protects you even more since it is very difficult for someone to know this field. To enter it, turn around and look at the back of your credit card. It is the three-digit number you will see and is usually located on the top right.

c) What happens if a mistake is made during the payment (e.g. I cut the connection or press cancel during the transfer).

Refund policy

In case your order is not fulfilled* and you have paid by credit card, your money will be refunded. The refund is made by the respective store where you placed your order which is solely responsible for the refund to the card used. The consumer is not charged in this case for the refund.
