In order to rate a restaurant, you must have ordered from that restaurant. Only one review can be made for each order. In this way we check and ensure the validity and reliability of the reviews. The restaurants accept that in the context of business ethics they will not take advantage of the rating facility provided by the Website by posting positive or negative comments through third parties (family, friends, staff). Insulting comments, comments against public decency as well as comments which are related to civil and criminal law or regulations of public authorities will not be posted. In this case, the Delivery Plus team is not responsible for this decision.

It is noted that Delivery Plus is not responsible for the content of the comments and in no case the comments do not reflect the position of Delivery Plus on the restaurants, whether the review is positive or negative.

Also, Delivery Plus is not responsible for any inadequate quality of products or services offered by the restaurants that cooperate with Delivery Plus.
